田林一小教师带教制度

为了加强对青年教师的培养,提高青年教师的政治思想素质、教育教学等业务能力,尽快适应学校工作的需要,由学校聘请素质好、能力强、经验较为丰富的教师与见习教师结对开展带教活动,为保证带教活动顺利有效的进行,特制定本带教协议书,双方的职责如下:

一、带教教师的职责:

1.指导被带教教师学习理解教学大纲,掌握备课的规范化要求、精心设计教学过程的方法,做到一节一案,定期检查。

2.指导被带教教师掌握上课的基本环节与教法,帮助其努力提高教学的业务能力。每周听见习教师随堂课1~2节,并及时给予评议、指点。

3.指导被带教教师认真批改作业,及时抓好辅导与补缺工作。对被带教教师的作业批改进行定期检查或抽查。

4.每学期指导被带教教师上好一节组内或校内的公开实践课。

5.每学期结束写一份对带教被带教教师的教学工作鉴定小结。

二、被带教教师的职责:

1.在带教教师的指导下,认真钻研教材、认真备好每节课的详细教案。“一节一案”必须符合规范化要求。

2.每周听指导教师1~2节教学课,认真作好听课笔记,以虚心学习指导教师的教学经验与方法。

3.在指导教师的帮助下,平时认真上好每一节课,每学期上好一节教研组内或学校的公开课。要积极参加校内外组织的青年教师教学竞赛活动。

4.每学期应在指导教师的协助下独立完成一份试卷的命题工作,学会作好学科的质量分析。

5.重视对本学科教学经验与教科研论文的学习,做到边学习边实践边改进,努力提高自身的教学业务能力和教学效果。

6.每学期结束,认真完成一份教学工作小结,经带教教师认可签字交于教导处。
